1. About the Application
The “Bambam” app is published by Bambam SEP, a company specializing in event organization. It allows users to connect, chat, and participate in local events. The app is hosted by Hostinger and managed by Agence Web du Manio.
2. Pricing and Subscription
- Monthly subscription: €10/month.
- Special offer: 1 month free for all users upon registration.
- Payment: Payments are processed via credit card through a secure payment system.
- Cancellation: Subscriptions are non-binding and can be canceled at any time in the app settings. No retroactive refunds will be applied.
3. Terms of Use (TOU)
- Access and Use: Registration is restricted to adults (18 years and older). Users agree to use the app in compliance with the law and these TOU.
- Behavior: Any inappropriate behavior (harassment, hate speech, etc.) will result in account suspension or deletion.
- Intellectual Property Rights: The app, its content, and the “Bambam” brand are protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced without written authorization.
4. General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
- Service Delivery: Access to the app’s premium features is activated immediately after subscription payment.
- Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services delivered immediately.
- Liability: Bambam SEP cannot be held responsible for temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons (maintenance, updates, etc.).
5. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
- Data Collected: Name, surname, email address, date of birth, payment information, and data related to app usage.
- Purpose: This data is collected to manage subscriptions, personalize services, and continuously improve the user experience.
- Data Hosting: Data is securely stored on Hostinger servers.
- Data Sharing: Data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with technical service providers solely for the proper functioning of the app.
